Psychotherapy

I am provisionally licensed in the state of Washington to practice clinical mental health therapy. I see clients both in my office located in downtown Tacoma, and remotely via telehealth for clients unable to travel to the office.

It's my belief that the antidotes against many social-emotional problems are connection, and a willingness to embark on a hero's journey towards self understanding, acceptance, and motivation to hone the skills needed to maintain enjoyable and fulfilling relationships.
